Fallout 4: Survival Mode continues, and today we’re visiting the utterly lovely community of Covenant, which just might be a bit too lovely…

Fallout 4’s Survival Mode is here, and it’s even more brutal than I feared. We’re taking on tougher enemies, the constant threat of illness, and a world where most forms of saving are disabled. It’s a whole new game, so let’s see how far we can get…

"Never trust anyone who says it's for the greater good."

    "The Greater good."

"Shut it! These people died for no reason! No reason whatsoever!"

If you don't get that reference, you truly haven't lived.

healing just 1/5 of your health for 15 caps is usually a good strategical decision. 15 caps is an insignificant amount of caps and it saves you from consuming precious food. carrying animal meat around for curing small amounts of health( i do carry about 3 or 4 and use extras before more valuable better healing meat to remove excess weight) is not smart as opposed to carrying around bloodbug steaks and stingwing filets, which heal significantly more health for the same weight as mutt chops or mutant hound chops.

in case you do read the comments start picking up iguana bits and squirrel bits! and cook them into squirrel/iguana on a stick! . they weigh .1 and heal 40 hp! thats equivalent to 400 hp healed per 1lb of weight! i often use them to appease my player's appetite though.

never trust anyone who says "it's for the greater good" shortly after "killing her is for the best." can we trust you now?

"I want to be the soccer"
In the US I believe that's what is called football in other parts of the world. Two teams, a round white and black ball that you have to kick unless you're the goalie.

There is Yellow paint and some fruit in the Covenant.
Deezer is a Mr Handy so he can use his H2o accumulators to get water and then mix it with the coloring agent – exported from the paint. And the lead in paint makes the fruits non-irradiated hence the lemonade is 0 rads

Quite a late reply on this, and I'll doubt you'll see it, but you can move Companions the same way you move Settlers – through the build menu. And also, is it really super easy to miss things when playing on a TV? Or is it just because you're half concentrating on your commentary? I feel like there are a lot of very obvious things you miss – in this particular segment, you missed all the Lore holotapes from The Compound. And honestly, unless you're making a morally ambiguous (or just plain evil) character, the decision to kill the doctor and the township is the right one (seriously, go back and check the holotapes).

The lemonade is comprised of four ingredients. The only known components are water and mutfruit. The drink is yellow, so one of the remaining ingredients is yellow. Settlers say it tastes funny, so it probably maybe doesn't taste like lemons.

the cat theory actually makes a fair amount of sense cuz i remember hearing that dogs were the only pets that survived, which is why they're the only ones you see in all the previous games. confused me first time i started playing, so this is prly a good explanation.
